Celebrating National Cheese Day at Bellanger
June 4th marks National Cheese Day and this year, here at Bellanger, we are excited to mark the occasion with a special tasting event, in partnership with Islington stalwart Pistachio and Pickle Dairy.
Here at Bellanger we are partial to a good cheese, with our French roots, cheese plays an important part on our menus; whether you’re joining us at the bar for a tipple and our cheese plate, or delighting in our sharing baked camembert with honey and thyme, we have something for every cheese lover.
We are therefore thrilled to be celebrating this all-important occasion, with one of our of much-loved neighbours and providing our guests with a one-of-kind tasting and educational event.
The event
The event will take place in our cosy bar area on Wednesday 4th June 2025 from 6 – 8pm. Priced at £25.00 per person, guests will enjoy a welcome glass of drink, before settling down to a variety of French wine, each paired with a delicious cheese designed to complement the wine. Hosting the event will be the charismatic owner of Pistachio and Pickle Dairy. Wind down for an evening of education paired with culinary bliss.
