Bellanger terrace in Angel

Inspired by the sun-drenched palette and rich flora of la Côte d’Azur, our new terrace at Bellanger – in partnership with Tanqueray – is open seven days a week.

With a new cocktail menu designed by our Bar Manager Justyna Moscicka and a selection of snacks from Head Chef Mauro Ferri, you can enjoy the tastes of the French Riviera all summer long in Islington. Read on to find out more about what’s on offer.

Bellanger la Cote d'Azur Terrace cocktails

Our new terrace cocktail menu features a selection of cocktails evoking the time-honoured flavours of the la Côte d’Azur – think citrus and fresh summer fruits. Read on for some menu highlights.

Made with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, dry vermouth, homemade grapefruit cordial, grapefruit juice, bitters and soda water, the Riviera Spritz is a refreshing choice when apéro hour strikes. Also on offer for those more partial to an effervescent drink is the Bellanger Royale, blending Tanqueray Royale, with lemon, Maury vin doux and champagne.

While those after a true taste of summer might wish to opt for the Peach Melba; a blend of Ketel One vodka, Crème de Pêche, raspberries, vanilla bitters and lemon juice, topped off with soda water. Lower ABV and non-alcoholic options are also on offer; as well as our usual selection of wines and beers.


THE FOOD

Bellanger Cote d'Azur Terrace food small plates

Celebrating the culinary heritage and seasonal flavours of the French Riviera, our new terrace menu includes a selection of small plates, such as Artichokes and tapenade or Anchovies and olives on toast, and Bayonne ham and remoulade vol-au-vents.

All small plates are priced at less than £4, with the option of choosing a selection of five pieces for less than £10.

The full à la carte menu is also available for those looking to enjoy a more leisurely meal on the terrace.

The terrace is open seven days a week, from opening through till close each day. We are unable to take reservations; tables are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
